  I highly recommend Roots. When my AC went out in the evening, Shane came out first thing the next morning. He tried multiple things before determining it was shot. Sean came out and quoted me a fantastic price to replace both the HVAC and the furnace (which was also well past life). The team that did the replacement were knowledgeable, professional, fast and polite. It was a real pleasure to do business with Roots, and I will definitely use them again for regular servicing.

  Great service and always on time. When you’re having HVAC issues you need help fast and Roots has never disappointed. Very responsive and when earlier times became available they reached out proactively. I’ve used them for heating and cooling and each time the tech was thorough and gave the system a once over while there. Their prices are fair even for minor issues. I will never look anywhere else for my HVAC needs.

  The service was excellent. They came and checked out AC unit and it was going out. Instead of having us wait until it did, they replaced it the next day. Very professional and courteous. I appreciated the tech explaining the issue and how it would be resolved. I recommend them!

  Roots Heating & Air is an excellent enterprise.As one who never writes reviews, I am compelled to extol the virtues of this small (but mighty) company. They were professional, fastidious and knowledgeable. Everyone was respectful of my home, leaving it better than they found it. Sean and Kelly even went out of their way to work with the VA! I heartily recommend this organization and will definitely use them again.
