  We haven’t yet occupied the apartment, but I am reviewing the process and the service provided by the leasing agent, Mason, and also the system that Northpoint Crossing is using to communicate on the phone and via email, prior to visiting. First of all the system they are using, an AI named Liam is extremely efficient and top collaboration driving us through the questions and up until the appointment and the visit. Really great! Then once we arrived, we were very lucky to meet Mason and have him assigned to take us around and show us the apartment. Mason was very well-rounded, extremely polite, he went extra miles to help us go through the process in one shot, he provided such a great service that were very appreciative of the whole experience. It’s so great to meet young men of his quality and knowledge. We can’t say enough good for experience during our visit. The whole process was seamless and we have been assigned an apartment for our son for the upcoming year. The model apartment was beautiful and the amenities in the main building were beautifully decorated and spacious! We’re looking forward to his moving in. Again thank you Mason And Liam for making this leasing experience so easy, pleasurable, and so positive!

  Ive lived here for the last 2 years and it has been a great place, from location to price to management, NPC has been an amazing first apartment for a college student!

  In terms of customer service, I had a great experience with Mazelle. She answered every question I had perfectly about my lease and was clear and concise with her explanations.
